Changing over to Jayco

We pick up our new trailer next week. Super excited! 1st Jayco that we have owned. We have had 2 trailers in the past 3 years. The last one only lasted 258 days. That one was destroyed by baseball sized hail. The previous one was severely damaged by golf ball sized hail. We hope the Jayco Eagle HT roof will fair better, but realize baseballs are asking a lot of any camper.

Welcome from Georgia. I've had two damaged from hail. Finally put up shed. Out of sun and winter weather. Money well spent.

Yeah, I agree. But I don't have that option. We cannot have it at home, and the place we park it would not be happy with my building skills If the last one didn't have holes through the roof and the ceiling, I would have just had them replace the roof.

Not sure about the information, but I am a firm believer in "no pics, it didn't happen".

Two damaged by hail! I won't ask what your insurance premium is in that part of Colorado.

LOL! Not nearly as much as the annual owner's tax. . . . But, I'll bet it goes up this time. The trailer and one care were totaled this time. The SUV had a lot of damage, but was less than a year old so they will only repair it. The house gets a new roof, decks, skylights, etc . . . This stuff dented my 1/8" stainless steel grill.

My roof doesn't appear this bad, but the neighbor's roof had every roofer and insurance agent stopping to take pictures.Click image for larger version
