These are normally symptoms of a wet control board. Could be several others too but the control board after lighting a few times will dry out and work. Does your furnace have an access cover on the outside?

Yes sir it does, it operates after starting and stopping about 3 or 4 times. I have looked for moisture and have found none. This has gone on for two seasons now.

It does the 3 to 4 times start each and every time we use it all night long. The last time was in New Mexico where they haven’t seen rain for months.

I replaced the board with a dinosaur board, sail switch, flame sensor, igniter, thermal sensor, had a badly kinked supply hose under fridge, added a section of hose to fix the kink, replaced regulator, by passed camper propane supply with a different tank and line, none of these worked, finally i adjusted the flame sensor to what the specs were for the igniter, cause i couldn't find specs for it, that kind of cured the problem, previously it would cycle about half hour turning off and on, now 2 times max then runs all night with no issues, good luck hope this helps.

https://www.amazon.com/Dometic-33082...s%2C243&sr=8-5

Take out the sail switch it could be clogged, hair and dust can form around the sail inside.

Thanks mixson, do you happen to remember what the spec was for the igniter, or perhaps where you found that.

Have a great Memorial Day, remember all who gave all.

I will do a bit of research and then tackle it, thank you for your help.

We are off to Colorado, hopefully we won’t need the furnace.
