Fifth Wheel/Designer Legacy

Just purchased my first Fifth Wheel, wanted a Jayco, and really love it.She's an older model (like me), but in great shape. Drove Class A before, but love the design and durability of a Jayco. But think I need a Crash Course in Fifth Wheel..any suggestions. Am doing a total rehab on the inside, but need to learn more about the workings etc. 2 Gray tanks? My kitchen sink is stopped up,so I need to understand more about a fiver..any help much appreciated
