Finally a Jayco Owner

Hello all,

Tim & Tina here and we have finally moved up to the camper. Looked for years at the hybrids because a Jeep Patriot was our primary tent camping vehicle. Decided to finally get Tina the camper for her birthday this year and while searching for a hybrid, found a 2002 Jayco Qwest 5th wheel and fell in love. TV is 2004 F150 4x4 4.6L with factory tow. Guess the new dog will have to ride up front with us. Hitch is installed, just finished setting pin box height, and am ready to take it out on the road for a test run and brake adjust this weekend. Our first trip out is first weekend in May.

We live in upstate NY. I have already learned some things on my own that I look for information on this forum first and did not find, so I will post what I learn as I learn it.

Happy Camping.

T & T
