Good luck getting double digit MPG. I know several guys towing with that 5.7 Crew cab. The best gets just under 10, the guy with the heaviest foot is ~7.

I agree! Granted my tongue weight is 165 lbs more than yours, and my bed is longer, but I can never get the squat out of the rear of my Tundra. What weight distribution hitch are you using, and what are the weight ratings for it? Also, are you using air bags or something similar?

Congratulations, and great job of leveling!!
We had a Jayco Jayflight 25RKS that had two doors... LOVED having two doors! We pulled it with a F150, and got about 9.5 MPG. Now with the moterhome, we get about 11 MPG. Go figure!
But, too old for trailering now, so we moved to a Class C.
Happy and safe camping!

cant recall what brand it is but my bars are rated 800-1200 pounds, when I hook up I hitch the truck then raise the back up higher than stock with the jack, install the bars then lower the jack(or raise how you look at it) and load the bars and truck stays pretty much stock height just a slight lower and trailer sits level.
I don't use airbags or anything like that all stock and I believe hitch is a 10,000 pound hitch

That sounds like what I have. It sounds like I need to jack it up higher before attaching the chains. Thanks for the info! Enjoy your trips!

Congrats on the TT! I envy you for being able to do some camping already. Seems like its been years since I stored mine for the winter.
