First Time owners

HI
We just got our 2022 Jay Flight 212QBW and are super excited to get started on our adventures.

We have our first quick trip this weekend and can wait to experience all the highs and lows of being 'newbies'. Living so close to the mountains love the idea of dry camping in some of the most beautiful places so close to home.

I came across some other posts while searching on some questions we had so I decided to join and leverage the community for support and other things.

thanks for having us!

Welcome from Wisconsin. Congrats and enjoy your 2022 Jay Flight 212QBW. We were all newbies a one time so don't worry, you'll get it all figured out.

Welcome to the 212 club. It is a nice unit for two . There are some things you might want to check..
The bed support system. We found bracing was inadequate and some of it had split at knots. Its way easier and cheaper to check it up front rather than wait till the plywood bows. Plywood is expensive.

Same for the seats. Be sure that the supports are screwed in. Ours was eek stapled in and not all the staples stapled into anything. Hubby redid those before our first trip.

Suggest a short trip at first. If you have a 12 v only fridge there is a learning curve. You might find yourself perusing more solar.
