Greetings from Maine!

Hello all,

Brand new to this forum, relatively new to camping, and as we just bought a Brand New Jay Series owner, my family and I are very Happy Campers!

We like and (mostly) camp in Maine. We are huge fans of the State Park system here. If you are from away, and plan on camping here, I highly recommend you look into camping at a state park. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

My family consists of three daughters (I know!), wife, and a Shiba Inu. We love camping and really love our Jayco. We downsized this spring and could not be happier!

Looking forward to reading and mingling in this awesome community!

-Nolaq

Sorry if I screw up the forum setup, I'm new to Forums in general.

D&M - We just spent three nights at Rangeley State Park. Unbelievable.

Googled Rangeley SP.....now you've wetted the appetite.
Be sure to share your experiences at your Maine SPs on "Campgrounds and Attractions" threads on the Jayco Forums. There will be others that can gain from your experiences.......share the fun.

I'm trying to attach a picture to my profile. It says it's saved, but I don't see it next to my name.

Help?

Go to edit avatar. I think that will put it next to your name.

Forum questions -

Does the forum automatically subscribe me if I reply? Is there a way to not subscribe if I don't want?

Is there a way to adjust the veiw so I can see more posts on one page?

I've looked in the User CP, but don't see anything like that.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Nolaq. I am not totally sure about all your questions. Try going to your CP, scroll to settings and options, then click edit options. There is quite a menu to establish/change your settings and maybe that will be what you need.
And, yes, you automatically subscribe if you start a thread or respond to one. There is a way to unsubscribe, again in the edit settings area.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the suggestion on using SP. We are coming up to Kennebunk next June foe a Ford Model A tour that ends at Arcadia. I also want to get some camping in your beautiful state.

Headed to the 'quiet side' of MDI this weekend for a short one night outing.

May be the last one we get before the winter. We're hoping to get out for Columbus Day weekend, but no promises.

Have a great weekend all!

Well, we spent the night in Smuggler's Den, and the kids loved it! Great playground and the pool was heated, with a slide. Awesome. It was really dead, as it's end of the season, but I can see that place being really packed at peak.

RV set ups were concrete slabs. I though that was nice, don't see that much around here.

Camping in the yard this weekend, and then looking at Columbus Day weekend for the finale of 2014.
