Greyhawk Nomenclature

Hi there! Newbie from Middle TN. I am looking to purchase a Greyhawk 31 as our family needs the extra sleeping capacity. I am confused as to the 31F, 31FS, other models I'm not aware of, etc. Can someone enlighten me as to the differences? Thanks!
