Hello!!!!!

Hello to all,

I am Rick. I found out about the board form my wife Kristine aka sassy16. She has told me that there is a lot of good info here and said I should join up because she is tired of tell me what she reads here.
We have a Jayco X20E. This is only our second summer having it. So far it is just great!! The only complaint that I have about the X20E is the A/C. The A/C does not seem like it can keep up when the temps get above 85 degrees. Other than that it is just great. For a on the smaller side of campers it has a lot of room.

Rick

Hi Rick, welcome to JOF. We also have a X20E, it's a 2011 that we picked up a few months ago.

We have not had an occasion to use the AC yet, so I can't answer your question yet....just wanted to welcome you and your wife to the forum.

Hello Rick and welcome to JOF. Can't give you any advice on the a/c other than having the dealer check to make sure it is operating as it should. One thing that helps is to turn it on early (before it gets real warm outside) and also use a small box fan to help circulate the air inside the RV. By turning it on early enough, it doesn't have to play catch up as much. Good luck and we are glad you and the wife are with us.

a little late to the game, but what we do is close the curtains on the bunk ends.....the AC unit keeps the "box" pretty cool.
