Congratulation on the new TT and welcome! Don't worry about your TT - keep in mind that folks are more likely to report problems than not, and Jayco stands behind their product. We've had our trailer for just under a year and it's been great - only a couple of minor issues (e.g. broken shade) that were fixed no questions asked.

Welcome to the forums. I was beginning to think no one else owned the 287 bhsw! Lol. I love mine. We just picked it up a couple weeks ago. She's waiting in the drive for her maiden voyage in less than two weeks!

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new travel trailer. We're anxiously awaiting the arrival of our new trailer like oldmanAZ is. I'm sure there will be some minor bugs to work through once we start using ours, but I feel good about the product Jayco makes. Happy camping!
