Hi my name is Jimi,I am a single grandfather raising my 2 grand daughters,one 10 and one 22 months old. I thought camping would be a great thing to do with the kids so we moved up and just bought an almost brand new Jayco Jay Flight 26bh.Just got it friday and by friday evening it was set up and we were enjoying the life......We look forward to future trips and getting information off this site......From all that I read so far I really like this site!!!!!

Hello popjim and welcome to Jayco Owners Forum. You can sure get a lot of information from these posts because there are a lot of friendly and experienced folks here. I am a "pop" as well and I will guarantee that the grandaughters will like camping. The 22 month old may be a little young to really appreciate it now but as she grows older, she will be a pro at it.

Hey Jimi, Take those girls and go often, get them away from Xbox, play station and every other electronic device out there. My one regret is that me and my wife waited 12 years to buy a trailer, I have two boys 9 & 14 and what is sad is both her and me were raised camping. My one regret is that I did not go camping enough when my first one was in diapers. Like you I am a newbie to the site, so from one newbie to another welcome.

Welcome to the JOF popjim52! A single man? Raising two grandkids? Wow! We are grandparents of four. Our live's revolve around our grandkids. They spend the night and we do long trips or camp with them... BUT... we don't have them full time. God Bless you! Congrats on the new tt! Post pics when you can
