Hello from Eastern WA

We had an Outback 26RS for about 12 years, until we hit a pothole which impacted the spring hanger which tweaked the frame beyond repair! We've been without a TT for a couple of years and are in the process of getting a 25BH. We towed the 26RS with our 2000 Chev 3/4 ton crew cab (5.7l) and will use the same vehicle to tow this one. I've read a bunch of stuff on this forum already and look forward to learning and contributing.

It was one of those holes where the side of the road had caved in like a small sink hole. Oncoming traffic so I could not avoid it. The tire went into the hole and the pavement edge hit the spring hanger. At the shop the guy said it was the “perfect storm” to twist the frame so badly. I did not notice anything amiss until our first trip the following year and saw that it was leaning to one side.
We will possibly be living in our trailer for a month or two as we are selling our house and have not found one we like yet. I’m hoping it will be a fun adventure.
Thanks to all the nice comments. I now browse this forum almost daily!
