Hello from Michigan 👋

My hubby hates this kind of thing, so I've never been able to get him to go, but I finally put my foot down . I'm going! And he bought me my first camper, a jayco Jayflight 30jtx I'm hoping for a summer of 🌞 !! As I'm new to this, I have no idea how to do anything, (always tent camped before) but I'm excited to learn!

We have 5 kids (ages 17 to 37), 4 Grandchildren , 3 dogs and 3 cats, and various granddogs and grandcats. Camping was always a family thing for me, and I want to get back to that and share it with my grandchildren.

Welcome to the JOF. We all had to start somewhere and you’re off to a good beginning. Hopefully this stay-at-home will be over soon and we can get on with our lives. Gov Whitmer has the state closed until June 12th and state CG’s are closed until June 20th. Until then you can either stay in a private CG or in your driveway. Enjoy the new RV.

Actually, we stay in a county park, and they are opening this Friday (May 29) for seasonal campers. I can't wait!
