Hello from Missouri
I wanted to take a moment to thank this forum and its members for all the information provided and thoughts shared. My wife and I just pulled the trigger on a 2021 32RLTS build and we used this site a lot to help answer questions and gain some owner insight. We will be transitioning from a toy hauler, which we liked a lot, but are looking forward to the more open floor plan and the ability to fit in more camping spaces.

Welcome! I'll take a wild guess bought from Trailside RV? We've had great service from them, a few minor warrant repairs with same day service. They have our TT now repairing some hail damage.

Yes...we are going through TrailsideRV. That's good to hear about their service department. Things happen...and it's nice to know they are there after the delivery.

Congratulations from SW Missouri, may see you around the state who knows. Looked at units at Trailside in fact that is where I found out about the plans to offer Modern Farmhouse White across the whole Jayco line. Ordered ours when we got home from long trip but not from Trailside needed a dealer somewhat closer. Have not had to take it back for anything of importance or earth shattering but did want a bit of a paper trail on some things. Dealer we used is great so far. Really liked the attitude of Trailside though.
