Howdy folks, I am glad I found this forum. My wife and I bought a used Jayco pop up camper in late 2019. We are always looking for ways to improve our camping experience and since we have a somewhat older model that requires some repair and maintenance I will be visiting the pop up section for tips and questions answered. We appreciate all the advice and tips and are glad to help others if we can!

Some mods to consider are swapping out the analog thermostat with a digital one. Not expensive and much better that the analog. Pop up Gizmo's or solar blankets on the tent end roofs will help keep the hot sun from heating up those areas and keep the tree sap and other stuff off. Look at doing the Reflectix mod to the tent end window areas. They help keep those areas warm/cool depending on weather you're using the furnace or AC.
