Hello from NY

I am about to purchase my first RV! I am currently looking for a class C and I really like the Jayco 25R. I would upgrade the toilet to a porcelain bowl, and I really want the oven. I’ve seen a few that have it, some do not. The outside kitchen is a big plus! Any experience with this unit?
The one downside is in NY there aren’t a lot of services for RV’s such as dump stations and water fill up. I’ve watched s ton of RV videos in YouTube and it seems like going South they can be found at gas stations, rest areas, etc. Not so for NY. I’m excited none the less..

Welcome, We have 29MV, and we hit up the NYS parks and KOAs locally. Made our first long trip to South Carolina this past April and was hit and miss on the I81/I95 routes.

Thank you! How are you enjoying the motor home? Can I asked where you purchased yours? Not too many dealers by me, I have camping world in Kingston about 40 mins away, or Albany RV about 2 hours. The closest after that would be Pennsylvania. My brother lives in Texas and suggested we buy out of state and drive it home, but I’m worried if there’s an issue then what? Any suggestions?
