Welcome from your local neighbors! Nice to see someone has joined from our backyard. We have a 2017 Jayco HT 27.5RLTS and were also glad we found this great forum for answers to periodic issues. Sad to see though how many of us who love to camp invest in these campers and pay good money for them only to find poor quality and dealers who's service sucks! Good luck with your new one.
