Hi, from Portage la Prairie, MB

Hey everyone!

We just purchased our first trailer - a 2009 Jay Series 1009. Anyone who has any info on these, tips etc that would be great! We are in the process of reading the FAQs/the thread for newbies etc.

I have of course read the manual, but it is VERY generic (shockingly so) and has less specific info to the model we bought than I expected.

I definitely need to know how to use the furnace, fridge, with propane, ac, dc, etc. I need to know how to use the plumbing as well if possible!

Our trailer is just getting a couple things fixed (new brakes, new tire, battery, etc) but everything seems to be in really good shape.

Hi! Looking forward to hanging out here

Cheers!

AC

I love South Carolina! We used to visit Charleston when I was a kid on March Break. Plan to come back sometime soon with my family.

whoops, that is a 1007! I keep calling it a 1009 because it's from 2009, but the model is 1007, my bad

If you can hook it up in your yard, or someplace close by, stay a few nights in it. Keep asking us questions. Send pictures. We are glad to help.
