Hi, new Jayco Owner
The last time I had a Jayco was in 1997 with a new popup tent camper then after that I switch over to a popup Apache truck camper and over the yrs I continued to get different types of campers.
I'm now retired and just needed something to be able to still get out and camp. I recently pick up a Used 2016 12HFD A Frame, needed something my Ranger 4x4 could pull without any towing issue's, which the Ranger handles this 12HFD just fine.
I have a few questions on this HFD12 but I'll start a new thread.

New Jayco Owner
We are new owners of a 2022 Jayco 5th wheel, 29'. Woooooooow where to begin. First of all Jayco wants to know NOTHING about our problems yet its almost brand new. The roof is leaking. The refrigerator fell out of the wall while traveling and broke the drawer underneath. The slide is marking the floor of course. The foot pedal stuck on the toilet and flooded the entire trailer 2 times, of course at night. We are so disgusted with the lousy quality of the Jayco product that this will never happen again. I called Jayco customer service and of course she said we can't help you. I said don't you care that this i barely two years old and its a piece of crap???? She said yes of course we care, yet we cannot help you. OMG. We will dump this piece of crap a soon as possible and never never never again go near a JAYCO

Did you buy it new, is it under warranty? Then you need to take it to a dealer.
Also Forum rules.
"Customer Disputes
This forum is not intended to be a mechanism for people to solely vent frustrations about services, products, vendors, or sales. Please settle your differences with the seller, provider, manufacturer, or dealer through other means but not through our community. You may post about problems you have with Jayco product in an effort to learn from others with similar issues however the use of the forums to repeatedly attack or bash Jayco, Jayco products, or Jayco owners is strictly forbidden."

I cannot say that I have never hijacked anther member's post, but I can honestly say I never did it with intention.
People here believe your frustration, but this is no way to behave here. To even consider asking for assistance, this is not the way to get it. There are many here who can be helpful in suggesting how you might FIX things, but other than that, they have no control over your situation in regard to your relationship' between you/your camper and Jayco.

It was my first time using this site so I may have not responded in the proper place, but you get my point a two year old vehicle should not be in this bad shape. Thought maybe some might care to know obviously I’ll go to a different site.

I was so thrilled to get out of a pop up and get my little jayco slx sleeps 3 until I brought it home and never heard the end of it because it was for me not them. They told me they were done camping. 2 years later I traded by beloved jayco for another model that had bunk beds. My family and I traveled across country and had a ball. Until my mother passed away 9 months later. A year later went on a camping trip with the family and then they told me they were done camping. I was furious. So I decided the bunk model? Sits behind my house in NC. Planning to sell once I get it cleaned out. Now I go to Maine alone and enjoy a bigger RV that is not a jayco but I do miss my jayco.
