we bought a 27.5 bhs eagle jayco last fall after a tree fell on our 22 foot jaco travel trailer and totaled it out. I pull it with a Ford 250 power stroke with a bw fifth wheel. Love the room and the grand kids love the bunk beds. I haven't had any issues with the 250 or the jayco 5th wheel. I get 14.5 mpg and am happy with that. we are looking forward to getting out much more next year and visiting more of our beauitiful country.
Hi ther from a Minnesotan living on the other side of Wisconsin. Congrats on the bunk house - great choice for getting grandkids out

What year f250? 4door 6.5' box? Also whats your total length hooked up? Just wondering kind of got my eyes on that model 5er. I do love my x23b but maybe after my next truck up grade. I might get a model like that one thinking of even towing a boat behind it. Thinking ahead for my 5 year plan. Glad to here you like it

I bought it in 2011. its gray and so is my 5th wheel. I get quite a few compliments on it when i camp. I ordered it with the factory installed 5th wheel brackets. b&w has the 5th wheel at almost half the price of a reece. just 4 handles to rotate and the 5th wheel pops out. i put the dust covers back in and i have a flat floor in my pickup. i do have the 6.5 box and a sidewinder extention on the camper. it actually piviots on the camper not the 5th wheel. i can make 90 deg. turns with it. its a 4 door also.
Shakopee, howdy and welcome from taxes(a fellow Minnesotan)
I never noticed before that you can take the spelling of Texas and switch the a and e and end up spelling Minnesota
