Just purchased New Jayco 31DS MH. Traded '14 Thor 24' Freedom Elite with no slideouts.
Rochester NY area. Dealer's holding until May timeframe.

Awesome. Congratulations and welcome to the forum.
If the dealer is 'holding it for you', that means your PDI will be in May and the warranty 'clock' won't start running until you take possession of it. True?

JRV is where we bought ours four years ago. Had a great time with the "dickerin'". I think we were there about two hours wearing them down. I hope it's as good the next time around.

JRV was delightful to deal with (they actually met the quote I brought in from RV Direct, including what RVD was going to give for our trade). However, RVD actually counter offered when I told them that JRV met their original quote. We ended up ordering from RVD since they are actually closer to our house.

I agree we bought our 2012 pop-up from JRV and just purchased our 2017 174BH from them at their big show at the Roch Tech Park. Even though they didn't have the TT that they had advertised on their flyer they were open and honest and took us thru one that is very similar in size so that my wife and I would have an idea of the space we were looking at (even though we already had an idea thanks to you tube  ). I would definitely buy from them again my salesman (for both purchases) has been very open and honest when dealing with him and I have already called to try to get an idea of when they would know a production date on the TT.

Yes we bought ours at the same show. Spoke at great length with Factory Rep and Salesman till we worked out a deal. JRV seems to have their act together and are expanding next summer so I am told
