I thought you could only tandem tow using a 5th wheel as the first trailer. I have seen tandem tows with a regular TT then a boat or something, but every time I see something like this it just looks too scary. I would not do it personally.

hitch on a jayco 12so pop up
Be careful towing anything behind s pop up!!! Pop ups are not known to be the best to tow and if you take away any tongue weight you will have serious trouble. Just my 2 cents

I double tow with my tt, it is legal in WI. The hitch was fabricated and added by a local welding shop and is very stout.

I have a design in mind to put on my camper and should not bring any harm to my popup. A welding shop here said that they put a hitch on the popup and put a piece from the back of the hitch going upto the front and connect it to the tongue. The shop said they do this all the time on popups

I never try to back both together, I unhook the pwc and back the camper onto the site.

I just talked to the Missouri Highway Patrol and they said it was legal in Missouri to pull a single axle popup with a Jon boat behind it. I have seen some like this come through and have talked with a few of them about doing this. They have pretty much told me as long as the hitch is put on good and that it is just a Jon boat (not being that heavy) then I should be fine with my popup.
