I'm happy.
Just picked up a 2020 Hummingbird 17RK. It may not seem big to some of you, but we upgraded from a R-Pod 171 and it seems like we could take dance lessons in it. The R-Pod was big enough for my wife and I, but once the dog (70+lbs) stretched out there was no room to rumble. Also the quality of the Jayco really seems to be much better than the R-Pod. Little things like the drain valves, fit and finish, junk left in the after construction, cleanliness, etc. all seem better. Not to mention a much better warranty. We're happy! I think you all made the right decision going with Jayco. BTW this group is great for tips and ideas.

Welcome to the Forum from Western New York State! congratulations on the new Hummingbird. There's many here with them.
We don't care how big or small your camper is, only that you have what you like. That's all that matters. Happy camping!

Whether they’re big or small new or old if they’re parked next to me we’re friends.
Congrats on your new camper.

I’ve always liked the Hummingbird camper. I remember when they first came out I was so tempted to grab one but now there are 4 of us so not happening. Congrats on the new camper!

Welcome. Congrats on your new Hummingbird. We have a 17RB and really enjoy it. Lots of good stuff here. There is also a very active Hummingbird group on Facebook. Pay a visit if you get a chance.

Welcome from another 17RK owner. We really enjoy ours and glad to hear you're happy with yours too. One thing I found odd was the furnace output diffuser in the space below the bed. I copied a mod posted here by 01tundra and it really helped in funneling the warm air into the camper. I installed a digital T-stat at the same time and that too was worth it.

Thank you all for the warm welcome and kind thoughts, my wife and I really appreciate the positive responses.
Wiscampsin those look like great upgrades. I've wondered about the heater vent placement... my dog thought it was just for her private spa area. She may have to share.
