Welcome to the JOF Dougmaas! Jayco's two year warranty is great. Customer service has been supportive each time we contacted Jayco directly. Fortunately we had a dealer who made sure our issues were dealt with ok. Our issues were all pretty much minor. A brake problem that we had since picking it up was taken care of by Dexter (we were a one a few -any brand- tt's that got a bad 'lot' of brakes in Sept '09). When you narrow down your 5'th wheel Jayco model to a your favorite choices, consider posting specific questions about them in the 5th Wheel Forum. Also, when it comes time to buy, check here for some member generated suggestions for saving 30% of your new rv. Happy shopping and let us know how it goes

We have had several TTs (no Jayco units) before buying our first 5er, a used 2004 Jayco 29RLTS. Quality of the Jayco is definitely superior to all other trailers we have had. We have received prompt and complete responses to all questions and inquiries we have emailed to Jayco. We are very happy with our trailer, and if and when we trade this one in for another, it will be another Jayco.
