If you bought new... I would say: Definately NOT!... but since you bought it slightly used, it could have some improvements that you and the rest of us are not aware of.
First thing to check, is the outdoor storage compartment doors... Search for anything that might resemble a heater, follow the wires around your rear compartments behind the drive axle and see if they are connected to any kind of heaters... We put them in ours after we bought it... otherwise it would freeze up at about 25F if not winterized - as Jayco does not really meet an "all Season" rating.
