Is a new Jayco in our future?

My wife and I have the Pinnacle 32RLTS in our top three list. We will be going full time next spring and this 5’er checks most of our boxes. We do wish it had a 3rd a/c option, window valances, and theatre seating as opposed to a theater sofa. We may do a factory order to get the options we want. Would love to hear from other Jayco owners regarding this coach and their overall Jayco experience. Thank you.

You can use the search function on this site for 'Pinnacle' and you're likely to find lot of information. I'm sure you'll be doing the same type of search for the other units in your top three and will find folks that are pleased and those that are not for all brands.

Overall the RV industry suffers from a lack of good technicians at dealerships. No doubt you'll see that in posts by RV owners unhappy with the service and blame the RV manufacturer.

OldmanAZ - From what I've noticed, most of the expected items are covered under warranty by the manufacturer. It's finding a reliable dealer with reliable techs that's the issue. We had to take the rig in last Fall to get a couple things fixed and was delayed. The dealer's excuse - it's holiday season, guys are out sick, too many to work on, waiting on (Jayco/Parts/Permission from Congress). You name it, I heard it. Long story short, 2 months of waiting around. It's really hard as an owner to use your camper AND make time to fix something. Something happen? Yeah - just "bring it in" and we'll get to it. Next thing you know, Summer is gone. Good Grief!
