Smile Jayco 4212 TH

Just bought new TH a few weeks ago have a couple of questions I hope some one can help me with. 1st question I have bad sewer smell , I have flushed the system several times, filled with water added dawn and bleach. This smell started as soon as we got it to the campsite. We know how to take care of sewer this is our 3rd RV and never had any issues with our prior units. The other day I opened the door and smell was coming from the drain in the shower also.
2nd question, Does anyone use any type of support for the outdoor patio.
Thank you for any help

The rear bath is on different tanks than the front bath.
