Just a note to all of you folks new to Jayco ownership, from another new owner, (just bought '16 Precept 31UL last month), to let you know how great the Jayco Customer Relations folks have been.
Like any new home/car/etc, we've had a couple small issues and each time I've had to contact Jayco Customer Relations, I've been very impressed with how professional and helpful they've been. They continue to exceed my expectations and make our buying experience a very positive one, (we're 1st time RV'ers!), and that reinforces that we indeed made the right choice when we bought the Jayco brand.
So be assured any of you who are to new to Jayco that if you have any issues there's a solid customer support team ready to help.

Welcome and great to hear! We are also new to Jayco as of a month ago and our dealer has been awesome at taking care of things but nice to know that we can also contact Jayco to get things done.

And a hearty welcome to you too! And, yes, our dealer has been great to work with too but sometimes you might need something from the factory folks, (tech specs, clarify something or to facilitate the dealer getting something done for you), so know they are there to help and are very supportive.
