Jayflight 28bhbe

Hi, we just traded our 17' Dutchmen Aerolite in on a new Jayco Jayflight 28bhbe. We needed more room (new addition). So far we really like it. It seems better insulated, and quieter than the Aerolite was. I love reading all the great info on these websites. Just wanted to say hi and hope y'all have safe travels this year! PB.

You will also find a lot of excellent information on this forum from other 28BHBE owners on mods and things they did to their 28BHBE trailers in the search.

I have the 2016 28BHBE (purchased new in October 2015) with the CRE mor ride 3000 suspension. Has anyone ordered a wet bolt kit for this? Where did you order it from. We are planning on making a long trip and I think this should be done.

I just ordered/installed a dexter EZ-flex kit from etrailer. It came with wetbolts and bigger shackles. They need to do a better job on packaging because everything was thrown in the box taking a beating during shipping. I had two grease zerks broke off in the bolt head when i opened the box. Not a huge deal. Also be sure to get All tires off the ground when installing, it will make things easier. But AMAZON an E TRAILER both have what your loking for.

What is the difference between the wet bolt kit ands ez-flex kit?
How long did it take to install? I am seriously contemplating getting this done.

I did the CRE3000 (rubber equalizer) and the wet bolt kit at the same time. Total start to finish 2.5 hours. Not very difficult if you are mechanically inclined.
