Just Entered the World of RVing with a Whitehawk 33BHBS

Hi all,

Just bought a 33BHBS. I used to camp with my parents when I was young in a 16' trotman trailer on lake erie in Canada. Must be inflation!! Going from a 16' to a 33'

Now I want to share the experience with my family and take some long trips out west.

Looking forward to learning from all the "old pro's" on this forum.

Tim

We love the stairs going into the bunks. That's one thing we didn't like about the 28DSBH, you need to build a ladder. Now my kids can get into either bunk with no issue. Also having a closet for thier clothes is a big plus. At the end of each bunk is a small shallow storage area for things like the 3DS etc.

The one down side is the kids can't lay in the bunks and watch TV. I think we will get over that. We want the TV reserved only for long rainy days.

Another thing is we can all sit at the table and eat (5 of us). in the 28 we would need another chair

Extra pantry in the back bedroom. There is plenty of storage in the bedroom. With kids and DW with food alergies, food storage was a key selling point for any RV. This one has tons of storage.

There is a second wardrobe in the back bedroom so we can use the one by the door for extra food. I think this has more storage then my bedroom at home!!

I did a test pull with my truck before I bought it. Pulled with no problem. Almost didn't know it was back there.

Looking forward to sqeezing in at trip in a few weeks before putting it to bed for the winter.
