I have the 28BHS, not the 28BHBE so there could be differences.
On edit If I recall correctly the 28BHBE is a brand new floorplan that has not been out long and have not seen anyone post yet about having one.

Hi,
The Andersen hitch uses the same frame bracket for 5" or 6" frames.

Hi Brian,
To be honest I am waiting to install it....I have done quite a bit of research on this hitch and believe that it offers some very good performance from what I've read. I've talked with the owner and he and his staff are very forthcoming and helpful if you have any concerns. The beauty of this hitch is it's simplicity, you don't have to deal with the size of trunnion bars and disconnecting anti sway devices when backing up, the noise and the porposing. It's only 50 lbs simple to setup good up to 14000 lbs and is very innovative.....there have been some reports of damage to the pawl in some receivers, however, if you look into these most of the receivers were over twenty years old and probably sustainec most of the damaged from the atypical spring bar type of WDH that was used before the Andersen was developec. I can't tell you about my experience with this hitch....but I suggest you look at the Airstream forum, they have a lot of posts relating to this hitch. Just google airstream and Andersen. Let me know if you need anything else re: Andersen hitch.

We have one to, as of right now it's still sitting in the dealers lot, we are waiting until the snow melts around here and will be towing it to the campground at the end of the month
