Welcome from Northern California. Looks like we both learned rule #1 to successful retirement. Enjoy and best of times to both of you!

Yes sir.,
There is something I always inform of a young newlywed man. I inform him...

There are two phrases to make sure you learn early in your new life to use on a regular basis. These words are coming from a man of more than 33 years with the same woman and they are important to know. They are....'

'1. "Yes Dear"

But that one is pretty obvious and we all should know that one off the bat. The second and most important is....

2. "I'm sorry. It will never happen again. I was wrong and you were, once again, RIGHT. I was an idiot for doing that and it will never happen again"

Now, I tell him, "It really doesn't matter if you do the same thing or something similar again as those words will get you out of some of the most awful situations imaginable.Trust me on this.... "

I believe there is every man that has read these words has been likely smiling, at the least and nodding with every word agreeing to my statement if they have ever been or is still married to the same woman for many years. Just an assumption.

Mr. Risk...
That is one quote I will remember and utilize if you don't mind. Brilliant and very true!
