Living full time in my 2016 Jay Feather 7

I'm a first time trailer owner and have been living in it since the day I purchased my little trailer., going on 3 months. I'm looking for land to build on. I have yet to find anything that seems to be lame or cheap in the build. I wish it was 6 sided aluminum rather than having the wood roof for some reason but the quality seems to be there. Any one else have one? Any problems I should know about?

My best advice is to have a yearly leak check conducted. Water is the enemy. The cost is worth the peace of mind.

Leaks can go on for a long time before showing visible signs. A leak test takes all the guesswork out it.

Pay now or pay a LOT later.
