love the info on this forum thanks

been a camper for about 13 years got first popup in 05 jayco qwest loved it. we live in southeast Missouri and did a lot of camping at sam a baker st park. one of the best places in Missouri in my book. there just something about being out in nature just watching a sun rise listening to birds the people we have made great friends on camping trips. long story short me and the wife had a little boy in 09 we thought it would be forever before we could go camping again so we got rid of our camper what a mistake DONT EVER DO THAT and no were looking at buying a jayco 1206 the thing seems to have everything if anyone has info on the newer models that would be great we need bathroom because of our son but was wondering about smell problems is it a value or not always heard not good but I no things have been getting made better and better thank u for looking and for your information in advance

Welcome to JF Tommyb

Sorry I can't answer specific questions about the septic system of the 1206. We have a vented black water tank on our 154BH. We use septic treatment. Keep all your tanks and hoses rinsed....rinse...rinse ....rinse.....that's the best advice I can give. We haven't had any issue with odors.

Not sure what you getting but the Jayco 1206 POPUP floorplan will look something like this


There is no PLUMBING per say as the toilet is a cassette pottie version. It can be just a toilet or a combo toielet/shower combo depending which option you have.

These are the two different options


There is no smell whatsoever with these units. All is captured in a pull-out 6-gallon pottie on wheels where you can tote off to the local bath room and dump down the toilet.
