Made the switch...

New here.

We've been a Class C family for the last 5-6 years. As the kids have grown we've found the need for more space and less potty stops while driving. Class C was nice for that

Fortunately our C had held it's value really well. Made the jump to the Whitehawk 31BH a lot easier.

Still have a long way to go to get it setup the way I want it. But it will get there in time. Loving it so far and it pulls really nice.

DW & I made the swap last month as well. Our shakedown cruise went well, and we really like our layout. Enjoy.

Love it so far as well. Only issue I have is we had a TON of basement storage in the Class C and moderate inside. Now we have the opposite and I don't know where to put all my stuff. Slowly getting there.

We pull a 26BH, and the capper on our f-150 is our shed.

Not for the stuff I keep in the camper. I like to hitch up and go. For firewood, bikes, dive gear, dog box... and things like that the bed is fine.

I'm just going to mount a toolbox to the tongue and maybe an under chassis storage drawer for hoses and cords and such.

When we swapped, I just emptied the GH 31ss and stuffed it all into the detached shed around, under, in and on the boat and riding mower. When it was time to sort thru the "stuff" and pack/load the TT, it took some time but I got all that was truly needed/wanted into the new TT. I was surprised it all fit, the only things I left out of the TT was a tote of towels I kept in the GH for polishing/cleaning. I had never used them as I was never able to wash it at a CG, and it was never clean enough to wax while at a CG, so I just left 'em out this time. I was pleasantly surprised at how much you can pack into the front pass thru if you keep at it and re-arrange things several times but it can be done.

We're getting there. I'm not allowed to organize the inside... Go Figure...

Neither was I NOR did I want to. I got the front pass thru and the rear cargo compartment (TT came with a dorm room fridge in it but took it out for the storage). I just ask where anything is on the inside, or tell the DW to find whatever I'm needing. LOL
