Melbourne Prestige 24KP on Order

First time RV owner. Preparing for our new adventures as we enter our golden years. We were going to purchase the new Redhawk 26M. Loved the new layout and what it offered for under 30' class C. No units delivered yet to test drive but we were able to see a 24M. As soon as I sat in the drivers seat, it killed the idea of going with the Redhawk. Way too tight (I'm a big guy). So, we continued our search and we decided on the Prestige. Appreciate any feedback from owners about likes and dislikes.

In any event, looking forward to hearing from other Jayco owners and starting our RV journey (hopefully this spring).

We love our 2017 Melbourne 24M.
29K miles. No major issues.
Installed a Hellwig antisway bar a few months ago, to reduce rolling on rough roads. It helps.
What I like best: smooth engine, smooth transmission, 12-13 mpg most of the time.
Outside storage is limited, but if you're judicious about what you need, it's OK.
We chose the model that has the Murphy bed, which I think is no longer sold.
