New 2020 Pinnacle 36SSWS owner

Hi! We are originally from NYC. Spent 10 years up in Chittenango, NY (CNY) and have happily landed in Mooresville, NC. This is our second rig. Our first was an Eagle 27.5 RLTS. We were hooked however Central NY has a short season so we didn't get in too many trips so I still consider us somewhat Newbies. Hopefully the DH will retire soon and we can hit the road more often. We're already having issues with our new toy and I have already made a post about it. I'm looking forward to all of the sage advice from you seasoned veterans. Thanks in advance
