New 28DSBH owner from Redmond, WA
Greetings everyone!
My name is Peter from Redmond, WA. We just pulled the trigger on a White Hawk 28DSBH today, but unfortunately we've been told the wait will be 8 weeks. I hope we'll get it sooner than that but I know it's worth the wait.
This forum has been a gold mine of information, and was invaluable during my search for our new camper. Looking forward to learning more and sharing our experiences as a first time Jayco owner.
Regards,
Peter K

Welcome to the forum, the wait is brutal but worth it. I was like a kid leading up to Christmas, but we picked up our 28DSBH last Friday. Did you get any extras? We upgraded the A/C to 15,000 btu, power tongue jack, roof ladder, hide-a-bed, and glacier package. Congrats, you are going to love it, We can't wait for our 1st trip.

Thanks everyone. We ordered the same as you jdorant. The wait is already killing me, and it's only been a little over 15 hours since we signed! Luckily we will have our "old" coach to use until we get this one, which believe it or not is a 2012. Despite the depreciation on the trade-in, my wife and little girls love the White Hawk as do I. We look forward to growing into the unit and enjoying every second of it.
Others we looked at were the Jay Flight 28BHBE, Cougar 28RBS, Aerolite 282DBHS, and Trailblazer (Komfort) 2610BH. All were very nice coaches but we loved the White Hawk the most.

Hey Peter, I just bought a 28DSBH as well, take delivery April 13th in Lubbock, Texas. I love the layout, the main reason I bought was towability and the fact it is bunk house model. Raised camping all my life and love it. Good luck with yours and don't forget to post your pics. I will as soon as I get some.

Hi Peter,
We just picked up our new White Hawk 28DSBH last month, and next week we are departing on a month long trip across the US to the Grand Canyon... Quite the trip for a first timer! I hope that you enjoy your new trailer, and soak up lots of good advice from these boards!
