New California Member from Hellwig

Hey guys, just joined the forum today. I'm an engineer over at Hellwig Products and got moved from R&D to Marketing so I wanted to join some forums to keep up on trends, etc. Don't worry, I'm not going to try to sell you stuff. I do want to be available if you have any questions though so don't hesitate to shoot me a message if anything comes up!

Otherwise, I'm into offroading, muscle cars, camping, beer and cycling. I don't currently own a Jayco camper but have spent a lot of time designing product for them at work!

This is me

Not Jayco, but sometimes I get to use the Hellwig SuperDuty camping setup I helped build which was my first experience not tent camping and was awesome!

Welcome! We are a little under 300 miles south of you. Your photo almost looks like you are about to try the Baja 1,000 with a camper. Nice rig. You will find a lot of helpful people on this forum. Just start asking questions and remember to help others, too. It is a great group.

That picture was when I took it out to the King of the Hammers in Johnson Valley. I've gone the past 6 years as an exhibitor, pit crew or spectator. It's an awesome event.

We haven't taken the F250 down to Baja (yet). Last time we went down there for the Baja 500 we took our F150 to chase some guys from Hellwig who were racing dirt bikes.

Here's the F150, which we sold when we got the F250

Welcome from Clovis! I've passed Hellwig many times on the drive to Porterville.
