We are Craig and Noreen and this is our 3rd year RV'ing. We really enjoy camping. 1st year we had a Coachman 19' Freedom Express with a Colorado Duramax TV. We did 10 trips around Washington and had a great time wherever we went. Last year the wife worked me to get a larger rig and we got 2020 Jayco 310 RLTS North Point. Bought a used 2014 3/4 T Silverado Duramax TV which was OK until the DEF limp mode kicked in while we were 100 miles from home camping! It had 88k miles and I had no idea of the poor quality DEF problem. After researching, decided to upgrade for peace of mind to a new 2020 Silverado 3500HD CC Duramax. Both new rigs will be with us for a while. In 2020 we still managed to camp 10 times.
Yesterday I peeked under the cover to the 5'r and opened the door. Still got that new RV smell! Polypro and urethane!! mmm. Can't wait to get going again.
Got a long do to list for the 5'r, updates and mods. Hope to gain some insight and share mods here.
Cheers!
