New guy, old camper

Hey All, new to Jayco, downsized from my 24' Kodiak TT and just bought a used 2011 Jayco Feather sport 17z. Missed that tent feel my old pop up provided many years ago so went with this unit which has those hold out bunks. Paid $8,300.00 from the bank owned unit and its mint so I'm thrilled and booked for my two weeks on Cape Cod in July. Ok, off to plow snow. Another foot tonight after 72" in the last few weeks, south of Boston. Good Grief. Jennso.

Welcome.

You in the Boston area truly have reason to say
"Good Grief"... or just "GRIEF!" You've gotten snow, too much snow,
much too much snow, and BLAMO.

I also looked at a 17z and it was nice but just not enough floor space for my Tunce. Had to go just a little bit larger and the Hybrid has been a very good unit, it's a 2010. Best of luck to you and hope the snow goes away soon.

Thanks, I camp with my teenagers but they insist staying in the tent or its not camping. Many people say the 17z s only complaint is storage but since I'm downsizing it should be perfect for just me in the camper. Good luck with your TT.

Welcome to the forum jennso from another newbie. Dang, you folks sure have been getting slammed with the snow. Here's hoping the snow stops soon and that July comes real quick for you.

Welcome neighbor! Shoveled a bunch of snow away from the TT yesterday so that it doesn't pile up against the windows after the current storm
