New guy, Orlando FL

Picking up our 2014 X18D this weekend. Been through the owners manual online and have a list for the upcoming inspection. Tent/popup campers up to now. Some camping experience with 24 years USMC. Ran all the numbers for a Tacoma TV, and will hit a CAT scale soon after pick up to confirm my somewhat estimated computations. Think I'm OK. Seems like the perfect rig for wife and two kids. Everyone has their own sleep area. Any "gotcha's" from those who have gone before would be greatly appreciated. Already have some great tips from the forum. Thanks in advance!! T.
