New Jay Feather Owner

Just bought a NEW 2012 Jay Feather X23B. Can't wait for Summer. Going from a very basic pop up to this new one is going to be so great. Can't believe we found a new 2 yr old model, when everyone is selling 2014's. Got a great deal and full warranty.

Congrats.....

Yes summer can not come fast enough for me as well as I just bought my first TT.....never had any trailer before. Been about 20 plus years since going tent camping!

Thanks. I think so too. Not actually taking delivery until the weather breaks here. Running out of places to put snow.

Congratulations. The 23B is a great HTT.

One piece of advice, being it is two years old inspect the caulking really really well both on the roof and the walls. I noticed this fall the caulking on mine is starting to bubble and I will need to touch it up this spring when it comes out of its winter storage. This is critical to avoid water leaks. I also notice a few spots on the side walls at the corners too. If you have not picked it up, and not done your PDI, make sure the dealer goes over the caulking and during your walk through ask to see the roof, to inspect it. If it needs touching up request it as it is a new trailer. They may argue as caulking is not covered under warranty. Also ask about what needs to be done for inspecting touch up the caulking.

Check out my signature for some modifications we have done to ours.

Welcome and congrats....you will love the amenities...and ease to set it up. That was the first thing we noticed after we bought our X213. Buy some lynx levellers, once level, the rest is easy.

I'm glad summer is not here. It has been in 80's in Phoenix this "winter"
