New Jay Flight SLX 174BH

My name is Rik.

My lady and I are picking up a 2018 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 174BH next week. The criteria was a smaller trailer, yet able to accommodate my 4 year old girl and 8 year old boy. Love this floor plan!

I have owned 3 Airstream trailers over the years, then went to a truck top camper and now back to a trailer. Life changes and you change with it! I was a bit of an Airstream snob and quite frankly, still love them. I had a 1964, 17' foot Bambi, a 2008, 19" Flying Cloud and a 2011, 23' Interstate. The 23' was too big for my situation at the time. Selling the 19' footer is a big regret.

Moving onward, one year out of a divorce, I'm back wanting to do some camping with the kiddos. I love the bunks in the Jay Flight SLX 174BH.

I'm here for some Jayco tips and tricks and to see what mods might work for this little guy.
