New Jayco Owner

Hello, I am new to fifth wheels but have been pulling travel trailer for 6 years or so. My wife and I just purchased a slightly used 2012 Jayco 30.5 BHLT with a Mor ryde pin box. It has been a big change but we love the camper. We have three kids so they have been super excited as well. I pulled it back with my father in laws truck. I am now trying to find the right hitch for my truck. We just bought a 2013 ram 2500 4x4 with a 6.4ft bed and the cummins engine. I am excited for our first camping trip but have been sweating which hitch to buy. I am leaning towards a B&W companion but do not know if I should pay for the slider? Any advise would be appreciated. There have been many post stating that some people never use their slider. It is a hard decision. Thanks
