Welcome from Wisconsin and congrats on your first camper. There is a learning curve and there's plenty of friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people here to help you.

Congratulations on the new camper. Have you taken possession of it yet? Please share pictures!

Oh and what are you towing it with?

Enjoy,

Jeff

I have the same one a 264BHW, from 2017, I'm curious if there's even much difference.

The Jayco warranty was superb for us, and our Jayco dealers, all the way across canada last summer, were fantastic, they kept our vacation fun rolling even when things break, and they do break.

If I might suggest a few essentials that we are very glad to add to our outfit:

1. the swizzly dealy, or as they call it more formally, the Camco 40094 RV Swivel Stik Holding Tank Rinser with Shutoff Valve.

2. a folding sheet metal cover for the top of our stove, we used one we got from amazon that increases the available counter space, by making the stove top into "extra counter space" and food prep area.

Cheers.

Warren
