New Jayco owner Jayflight 31BHDS

Hello all, just purchased our new to us 2007 Jayflight BHDS and just hauled it to our seasonal site in York Maine. Went well but I forgot to lock down the fridge exterior vent. Got one on order and will install Monday. Anywho it will be a long winter.

That is a nice one! Looks very well cared for.

We have a "bonehead moment" thread going on where we all share. You can add yours and then consider yourself done! Smooth sailing from here on out.

Welcome Stevo. I've got the same TT and have spent many days/nights in it. If you have questions, just ask.

Great looking trailer, Stevo. My wife is originally from Portland, ME and I spent a couple of years up there myself. So nice in summer, so cold in winter... bbbbbrrrrrrrrr LOL.

Where do you camp around York? We are starting to plan a trip up that for next year so I am looking for good spots.

That's great, at first I was just looking for a double bunk for the kids and then I found this one on Ebay and had no ide of this layout. Love that the kids will be in their own room. Thanks for the offer and I'm sure questions will come.

Well this weekend is gonna be in the 80's but the cold is coming.

We're partial to oceanside campgrounds.

We keep it right at Short sands Beach at a campground called Burnette's campground. It's small and quiet but you never have to get in the car to go to restaurants, shops, beach and etc (all within 100 yards).

http://www.burnettescampground.com/seasonal_sites.html

There is another one close to Burnette's but can't recall.

Long sands Beach in York has Libby's and Camp Eaton.

There are others but not sure of names?

Nice trailer! Love the ladder and slide covers (awnings?!)...did you add those or were they all factory installed? We just bought a 2009 31 BHDS but don't have a ladder or the covers over the slides (didn't know they were an option).

super late response but yes the ladder and slide covers came with this one. Campsite is open so close but yet so far.
