Greetings. I just registered to the forum. I presently own a Lance truck camper but yesterday put in an order for a Jayco Greyhawk 29ME. Excited to move on to the Class C world!

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! The hardest part for me is going to be the 3 month or so wait while my rig is being built. Can't wait to take delivery!

I have been waiting since Christmas but it has given me time to download and print the owners manual, dig up some of the manuals from secondary providers, and scour this website for known issues and service items.

I've definitely been doing my research. Have read the manual for the Greyhawk but have not been able to find the manuals for the secondary providers. The only issue I've come across so far is with the tankless water heater so I'm hoping that is not going to be a problem.

Near the back of the owners manual is a list of all the vendors and their websites.

Not sure if you can ask for the warranty package ahead of time. I think I will ask my dealer today if that is possible. I know a lot of the forms are time sensitive but worth a try.

Thanks Farienatic, I will look up those manuals. I see you have a delivery date. At what point in the process was your dealer able to provide that to you?

Right up front. Once production started, they defaulted to their standard 12 week production schedule. I emailed my dealer yesterday and she is going to confirm today that we are still on schedule.

Well, I am told my unit is ready. Was not expecting that.

Will have to think on that one. Not ready yet.

Wow, that must be a surprise. I could see where that might complicate things if you weren't expecting it that soon. Congratulations and good luck!

Dealer may be able to hold it on their lot for you for a while as hard as that may be for you. They did for us for a couple of weeks until we had our storage lined up and were able to get there to pick it up.
