New Member awaiting Jayco X23B

Hey everyone,

I have been reading these forums for about a year now without registering. My wife and I along with our two young sons love camping. We did four trips in tents last year and finally decided it was going to be our hobby during the summer and decided we needed a travel trailer.

We landed on the Jayco X23B because we liked still having a tent feel of the expendables, yet the large area of the travel trailer.

We are from Michigan. Our 2013 unit will be here in the beginning of June - we are looking forward to it. We are also trying to get all the tips and tricks written down so we can be ready for our maiden voyage.

I look forward to learning from everyone here.

We just picked ours up 2 weeks ago and our maiden voyage is this weekend. You will absolutely love it!! There is so much floor space, storage space and counter space...I'm so glad we went with the 23B, our dealer doesn't stock them because no one likes them (so he says) so we had to order it in unseen...best decision I've ever made!! Enjoy!

Congrats!

We are picking-up our '12 23B on Thurs. Would love to share thoughts, etc on the trailer. We graduated from tenting so this is a pretty big jump but we are all really excited. Enjoy your 23B!

Your tt is arriving sooner than expected. Yea! Although still a 'work in progress', here is a list of member suggestions of what to do before your maiden voyage.. Congrats and let us know how it goes

We're new owners of a 2012 23b. First trip (local) was last weekend - great trailer. We've stepped up from a pop-up, and fell in love with the 23b. Finally found a deal and took the plunge. We're Michigan campers, too. Looking for all the great tips and advice.

We are looking forward to getting our 2013 23B soon (depends on when our new grandson is born)!

Like you, we are also moving up from a pop-up and really liked the 23 b floor plan. Seems like it is a popular choice!
