Not a Jayco owner yet, but I'm shopping around. This will be my first camper, looking at either a 174BH or 224BH. Looking to cover much of the Adirondacks with it.

Welcome to the forum from Midway USA. DW and I purchased a Jayco Eagle 12 Pop-Up about four years ago and upgraded to a 29-foot travel trailer last fall. Neither of us had any prior RV experience.
If you get half as much enjoyment as we have over the last few years, you're in for one heck of a good time.

if you want the extra space 13K btu ducted AC and a really BIG bathroom go with the 22BH, I just came out of a 174 I had new for 6 months and it was not exactly roomy enough for 2 adults 1 kid and a dog. I came across a good deal on the 224BH to trade in my 174. The wife and I couldn't be any happier we got the 224BH, fits our budget size and comfort.
